Shipping policy

At Cryptic EDC, we take pride in getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Carrier: USPS
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • Free Shipping: US domestic orders over $100 ship free with standard shipping. Rates for orders under $100 are carrier-calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Carriers: DHL eCommerce & UPS
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days after fulfillment (remote locations may take longer)
  • Rates are carrier-calculated at checkout. We ship to 200+ countries.

We offer a Buy Now, Ship Later option that lets you hold purchases and combine them into a single shipment — so you only pay for shipping once. This is ideal for pre-orders, product drops, and building orders across multiple purchases.

  • Held orders are stored until you're ready to ship them together.
  • Pre-orders & drops auto-release on their scheduled date and ship automatically.
  • Mixed carts are split so in-stock items can ship immediately while held items wait.
  • You'll receive automatic email updates when items are ready and when your held order ships.

To manage your held orders, visit your self-serve page. You can combine and release shipments at any time.

A base fee of $1.50 is applied to all "Buy now, Ship Later" orders.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not always included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once fulfilled.

Tracking Allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after your shipping confirmation email.
