What is Buy Now, Ship Later?

When you place an order with us, your payment is collected but your order is held and not shipped right away. You choose when to release it for shipment — giving you full control over your delivery timing.

How to Manage Your Held Order

1. Log into your account at crypticedc.com and go to My Orders in your customer account portal.
2. Find your held order — it will show a status like “Held” or “Pending Shipment.”
3. To release your order for shipping:
   • Click on the order
   • Select “Release Order” (or “Ship Now”) when you’re ready
   • Confirm your shipping address and click Submit
4. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

How long can I hold my order?

You can hold your orders for up to 60 days.

Can I change my shipping address before releasing?

Yes! Update your shipping address in your account portal before releasing your order for shipment.

Can I combine multiple held orders into one shipment?

Yes! This is a great way to purchase and consolidate multiple orders to save on shipping costs. 

What if I want to cancel a held order?

Contact us before releasing your order and we can assist with cancellations.
